Payment at our office is accepted with Visa, MasterCard, debit, cash or cheque. Patients may also email payments.
We also accept “Assignment”, which means that patients may request payments to be sent directly to our office from their insurance companies. It should be noted that some policies do not permit assignment of insurance payments.
Kincardine Dentistry can electronically file claims to most insurance companies. Some companies do still require paper filing of claims.
Patients are requested to provide 48 hours notice for appointment changes. Patients who routinely miss appointments or cancel less than 48 hours prior to their appointment will be charged $50.00.
